Welcome to Bridal Pop-Up. By attending our events, purchasing a gown, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

About Bridal Pop-Up

Bridal Pop-Up hosts bridal sale events throughout Ireland, offering brides the opportunity to purchase designer wedding dresses at significantly reduced prices.

All gowns sold at Bridal Pop-Up events are sold as seen and subject to the terms outlined below.

Event Admission

• Admission to Bridal Pop-Up events may require registration or ticket booking.

• Entry is subject to venue capacity and event opening hours.

• Bridal Pop-Up reserves the right to refuse admission where necessary for health, safety, or operational reasons.

Dress Availability

• All gowns are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Stock varies from event to event.

• We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular style, designer, size, colour, or dress featured in advertising or social media.

• Once a gown has been been sold, it is no longer available for purchase.

Sample Sale Nature of Events

• The majority of gowns sold at Bridal Pop-Up events are sample gowns.

• Sample gowns may have been tried on previously in a bridal boutique setting.

• Some gowns may show minor signs of wear, loose threads, marks, missing buttons, or require cleaning and alterations.

• Brides are encouraged to thoroughly inspect gowns before completing their purchase.

Purchases & Payments

• Full payment to be made at the time of purchase.

• Method of Payment accepted – cash or card

• Ownership of the gown transfers to the purchaser once payment has been completed.

No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final.

Due to the heavily discounted nature of Bridal Pop-Up events, we do not offer:

• Refunds

• Returns

• Exchanges

• Credit notes

Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your chosen gown before completing your purchase.

Sizing & Alterations

• Bridal sizing varies significantly between designers and manufacturers.

• Size labels should be used as a guide only.

• Alterations are almost always required for wedding gowns and remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

• Bridal Pop-Up cannot guarantee the final fit of any gown.

Alterations Specialists

An alterations specialist may be present at selected events.

Any advice, services, pricing, or agreements made between a purchaser and an alterations specialist are separate from Bridal Pop-Up and remain the responsibility of the parties involved.

Photography & Video Recording

To ensure all brides enjoy a comfortable and private shopping experience:

• Photography and video recording of gowns is not permitted at Bridal Pop-Up events.
• This includes photographs, videos, livestreams, video calls, screen recordings, and content intended for social media.
• Brides are encouraged to make their purchasing decisions during their appointment or visit to the event.
• Bridal Pop-Up staff reserve the right to ask attendees to stop recording or photographing gowns at any time.
• Attendees who do not comply with this policy may be asked to leave the event.
• Bridal Pop-Up may take photographs and video footage during events for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. Every effort will be made to avoid identifying individual brides without their consent. Any attendee who does not wish to appear in event photography or video footage should notify a member of staff upon arrival.

Event Changes

Bridal Pop-Up reserves the right to:

• Amend event dates, times, locations, or opening hours

• Modify event procedures

• Cancel events where circumstances outside our control make this necessary

Where possible, any significant changes will be communicated through our website or social media channels.

Limitation of Liability

While every effort is made to provide a safe shopping environment, Bridal Pop-Up shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

• Travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in attending an event

• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from attendance or purchase

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available to consumers under applicable Irish law.

Website Use

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and branding, remains the property of Bridal Pop-Up unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
